SPACE

To keep the space comfortable for everyone :

• • • don't leave : dirty dishes or ashtrays, perishable food in the fridge, empty glass bottles.

    • don't forget : turn off electric equipment, put the heaters back to 1, lock the entrance door when leaving.

    • smoking is possible at the window of the kitchen only, keep the other doors closed while smoking.

KEYS

A deposit of 50€ is required in exchange of the 2 keys to access the studio.

This deposit is refunded when leaving the studio.

BOOK SESSION

Sessions can be marked in advance or reserved last minute using our shared calendar.

You can access it from :

• the CALENDAR tab,

• the direct link : https://bit.ly/studio32Appointments

• the link "Go to appointment page for this calendar" in Google Calendar.

CANCEL BOOKED SESSION

Reserved slots can be canceled up to 48 hours in advance.

Canceling a session needs to be done from your own Google Calendar by deleting the event.

(it cannot be done from the shared calendar interface)

PRICE

The minimum usage for members is 20 hours (60€) per month.

If less was used this minimum still needs to be paid.

Rent is calculated each end of the month and relative to the usage amount :

60€ for the starting month + extra hours (3€/hour) from the past month.

The USAGE tab let you to monitor your usage (needs up to 24h to update).

PAYMENT

Payment is to be transferred between the 1st and the 5th of each month.

Please use the reference studio32 for the transaction.
